How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account, simply send a message to the Padea WhatsApp bot saying:

• STOP
• or "delete my data"

Alternatively, you can email us at privacy@padea.ai with your request.

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

Once your deletion request is processed, your profile is fully obfuscated and scrubbed from our database. All personally identifiable information — including your name, phone number, WhatsApp ID, message history, and consent records — is either permanently removed or anonymised so it can no longer be linked back to you.

If you interact with Padea again after deletion, you will be treated as a brand-new user and asked to re-accept our terms of service before continuing.
